The Jackson Samuel approach to executive search is different.

Our extensive network of high level contacts has been developed over twenty five years by managing personal and professional relationships with care and confidentiality.

We approach each search with a blank piece of paper.  No two organisations or role requirements are the same and we invest time at the start in gaining a deep understanding of our client’s requirements both now, and for their future business needs.

We do not work on a contingent basis.  We are exclusively retained by our clients to resolve a business challenge which has led them to consider appointing a senior executive from outside the organisation.

Our intensely focused, research based, approach means that we are able to identify credible candidates with precision.  We will go anywhere at any time to meet a prospect that we believe is the right person to fill a role.  To ensure a balanced outcome, we include all candidates in our assessment, including internal prospects, and handle them appropriately.

We have worked successfully for leading corporations and organisations across a variety of sectors, both in the UK and internationally and, as an independent firm, we are not constrained by ‘off-limit’ agreements or sector boundaries.
