Ann Gardner

Senior Consultant

Ann is a Senior Consultant at Jackson Samuel and has significant experience in leading complex change programmes in a variety of organisations and industries – both in the UK and overseas.

She  has over fourteen years experience as a consultant, and was a Senior Consultant with Towers Watson for nine years. There she specialised in change management and specifically worked on major reorganisation programmes with senior directors and line managers - designing, implementing and project managing change.

Ann’s work has involved mergers and acquisitions, business process redesign and HR transformation change programmes. She has worked in the retail, shipping, financial, chemical, oil, manufacturing and public sectors.

Prior to her consulting career, Ann began work as a graduate trainee with Marks and Spencer and then worked for Maersk Line, a global shipping and logistics company, for nine years in marketing, quality and training roles.

She has worked with CASS London Business School supporting their mentoring programme for ACEVO (Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations).

She has a BA in Social Policy and Administration from Leeds University.
