Chris Wyche

Co-Founder and Director of Search

Chris has been a head-hunter for sixteen years and is co-founder of Jackson Samuel. He previously spent seven years at Russell Reynolds where he was a Managing Director, initially with responsibility for building the consumer sector business in the UK, spanning the fmcg, retail, media and leisure and hospitality sectors.

Subsequently, he conducted senior executive, non-executive and general management assignments across sectors, both in the UK and internationally, including financial services, telecoms/technology and industry. In addition, he maintained a functional focus on human resources where he undertook work in all sectors.

Prior to his career as a head-hunter, Chris spent ten years in leadership roles within the human resources function of leading organisations including Mars, British Airways, PepsiCo and Whitbread.

Chris draws on his combination of business and executive search experience to judge culture-fit and assess and attract talented senior executives for client companies.

He has a BSc and PhD.
