Claire is a Senior Consultant with Jackson Samuel and has over ten years experience as both a leading consultant working with executives and high potentials, and as a senior HR professional.

Claire worked as a Senior Human Performance Consultant at Accenture supporting clients on a range of learning and change programmes. She subsequently held senior roles with BP including Talent Manager - Global Refining & Marketing, Manager of the Leadership Academy and Head of Learning Technologies.  During this time Claire worked on talent and leadership, supporting the executive team to drive an integrated global talent strategy, working with individual business units and HR managers to define talent plans and develop and deliver executive and high potential assessment and development programmes.

Claire has a BA and PhD and is a trained executive coach with specialist knowledge in development strategies and e learning.
