
Freddy Burgess
Junior Consultant
Freddy is a Junior Consultant with Jackson Samuel who has worked with global organisations in the fmcg, financial services, retail, mining, media, pharmaceutical and telecoms sectors. He has experience working in the UK, US and Europe.
With a background in psychology, Freddy has a special interest in organisational change and talent management. He has led and supported on projects which have included employer branding, talent strategy and implementation, cultural shift, deployment and employee engagement. At Jackson Samuel he led the participant drive for the latest piece of research, “What Talent Wants”, and divides his time between consulting work and executive search projects.
Before joining Jackson Samuel, Freddy worked for Johnson and Johnson as a Sales Manager in medical sales where he gained blue-chip, multinational experience in both the public and private sectors and in-depth sales and business training.
At university Freddy’s research covered occupational effectiveness, human behavioural psychology and organisational change. With a background of practical research, client facing projects and a strong customer service orientation Freddy is able to build bespoke, functional and sensible solutions for his clients.
He has a BSc in Psychology and Criminology from Coventry University and an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey. He is currently working towards his Chartership in Occupational Psychology.
