Heather Schoenheimer

SENIOR Consultant

Heather is a Senior Consultant with Jackson Samuel and has a wealth of experience in HR and change management.   She has worked in, and consulted to, both large and small organisations in the private and public sectors, including the NHS, airlines, local authorities, oil industry, mining and financial services.

Heather has gained valuable insights into the applications and delivery of business-focused human resources practices through her experience in both HR management and operational line management roles.

Prior to working with Jackson Samuel, Heather held Head of Human Resources roles in the optical industry, was a Principal Consultant with Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PWC) and was GM Organisational Development and Learning for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

She has an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
