Lesley is one of the leading thinkers working internationally in the field of talent management and is co-founder of Jackson Samuel. Her deep expertise comes from over twenty years senior level corporate and consulting experience and from her ongoing commitment to applied research.
Since founding Jackson Samuel, Lesley has led a wide range of talent strategy and talent development projects in sectors including financial services, retail, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, media, utilities and the public sector. Her clients have been blue-chip organisations with international reach.
Prior to Jackson Samuel, Lesley had four years experience as a senior consultant and practice leader in the London office of Towers Watson where she specialised in human resources strategy, talent management, and mergers and acquisitions. Her previous fifteen-year corporate career stretched across the UK, Australia and Asia within leading multi-national corporations such as PepsiCo and Rothmans. She has also worked in the retail, pharmaceutical and airline industries.
Over the last eight years, Lesley has led and co-authored four substantial pieces of research into talent management. This research has made a significant contribution to understanding what organisations need to do to manage their most talented individuals effectively.
She has an MA in Human Resources Strategies
