Rachel is a Consultant with Jackson Samuel and has experience working across the retail, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, media, mining, energy, professional services and public sectors.

Specialising in talent management, her recent consulting work has included building the business case and strategic vision, creating talent assessment and identification processes aligned to strategic priorities and the development, deployment and engagement of critical talent.  Her client work is supported by a strong research and analytical background and she has led the design of in-depth market research and training needs analysis and evaluation.

Rachel also contributed to one of Jackson Samuel’s seminal research projects, What Talent Wants, which explores how leading organisations develop, engage and retain their talented individuals, and the importance of a differentiated approach to talent management.

Rachel has a BSc in Psychology and Criminology from Cardiff University, an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and is currently a Trainee Occupational Psychologist with the British Psychological Society.
