Sarah is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over twenty years human resources experience within the manufacturing and telecommunications sectors.

Prior to joining Jackson Samuel as a Senior Consultant Sarah was Group Head of Talent Management for Orange where she successfully implemented a talent programme across thirteen countries for the top two hundred senior executives. Sarah used her expertise to design and implement performance management, leadership development, succession planning and talent identification processes for Orange. At Rexam she led an organisation design and development exercise, developed communication and training interventions to support change and designed/implemented development centres for high potential employees.

At Jackson Samuel client work has included developing a talent management process for AstraZeneca and workshops to train HR and line managers in its implementation, HR effectiveness projects for PepsiCo UK and Sony UK, and career development workshops and coaching for National Grid. She has been seconded as an interim talent management resource to both Thomson Reuters and RBS, providing input to design and delivery of talent solutions as well as project management.

Sarah has a BSc in Mathematics and Management Science and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. She is also a qualified career counsellor and coach.
