Shalene Chugh

Senior Consultant

Shalene is a Senior Consultant with Jackson Samuel and has over six years experience working in the financial, retail, charity, telecommunications, public services and leisure sectors in the UK, Europe and US.

Shalene specialises in talent management and internal brand engagement and has undertaken extensive consulting projects and research in both areas. Her recent work in talent includes designing and implementing a global performance and talent management process and writing Jackson Samuel’s latest research 'What talent wants: The journey to talent segmentation'.  Her recent engagement consulting work has included the rollout of new leadership model and corporate values in a global organisation.

Shalene has strong project management skills and is a registered PRINCE2 practitioner. She has been seconded into interim Talent Project Manager roles with AET Tankers, Barclays UKRB and Thomson Reuters whilst with Jackson Samuel.

She has a BSc in Business Management from University of London and an MA in Organisational Studies from Warwick Business School.
